Heeling

Sonofabitch my heel still hurts 5 days after running the race. What gives? I knew it would hurt immediately post-race and into Monday. But here it is Thursday and I am still feeling the pain in my heel. I don't like it!

I haven't been back on a treadmill since the race nor have I graced the streets with my running. Instead the elliptical and I are great friends. I need more workout options.

Is rollerblading an option? I love it, I really do. Except that I can't bear to walk for exercise anymore because it feels so damn slow.
